Hey, I'm Matt. My journey has been all about learning, fueled by my interest in languages and cultures, thanks to the diverse friendships I've made. I'm from a city where diversity is the norm, with over 145 languages spoken, creating a rich mix of cultures. Raised in a conservative background amidst a vibrant gun culture, I later pursued my higher education in Boston, where I lived and worked for a couple of years. I have two master's degrees in finance and accounting, specializing in corporate finance with a focus on Real Estate Private Equity and Energy M&A, both academically and professionally.

In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I've dedicated the past decade to immersing myself in various physical activities, including kite surfing, tactical gun training, Escrima, and honing my boxing skills in both Muay Thai and traditional boxing. Furthermore, I've delved into the realm of etiquette, focusing on business, dining, and social protocols. This journey led me to attend several etiquette courses, with one particularly transformative experience in Switzerland, where exposure to European fine dining refined my understanding of dining etiquette..

I've been fortunate to visit over 25 countries, and while the number may not be staggering, the richness of my experiences lies in immersing myself in these diverse cultures. Some of the most memorable experiences were in Sudan and Cuba, where I had the honor of receiving invitations to attend Presidential dinners in Havana and in Sudan, and contribute to water infrastructure projects extending from the Nile River into the villages of South Kordofan. Since then, I've embraced spontaneity in my travels, always seeking inspiration and seizing opportunities to explore new places. During my time in Boston, I formed friendships with classmates from Europe and South America, sparking my curiosity to explore South America further. This sparked curiosity led me to captivating trips to Peru, Argentina, and Chile. Looking ahead, I'm excited about the prospect of embarking on adventure travel through Iceland, Scandinavian countries, Northern African countries, and parts of the Middle East.
